No day of race registration for Half Marathon.

Half Marathon is sold out.There is,
one opportunity for you to still register:
- Use our transfer policy which allows a person to legitimately enter the
race by taking the place of a person who is currently registered but not
planning to use his/her entry.
- Download the Transfer Form.
- Place a post on our Facebook group that you are looking to locate an entry
(or promote that you are registered and looking for someone to buy your
entry).
Transfers must include the complete Transfer Form, a letter of authorization from the previous
registrant and a $20 transfer fee and are due no later than July 30.
Notes:
- Both races sold out prior to the Expo in 2008. Based on last year, registration for the
Half Marathon is expected to close prior to July 1.
- Bib numbers and RFID timing chip must be picked up at the Expo on August 14 & 15. There is
no Half Marathon raceday pick up. Picture ID must be presented to receive your number.
You may have someone else pickup your number, but they must have a photocopy of your picture ID
- If you are unable to pickup your bib number or have someone else pick it up for you, your
packet can be mailed to you for a $15 fee. The packet consists of the bib number, RFID timing chip,
and race instructions. NO T-SHIRTS WILL BE MAILED. Entry must be received prior to July 28 for
packet mailing. Packets will be mailed after Aug. 5. Once AFC Half Marathon places a packet
in the mail, it is considered delivered. Lost numbers and chips will not be replaced.
- Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. You will not be timed if you
lose your RFID timing ship.
- Confirmation: On-line entrants receive on-line confirmation at the time of entry. Print
for your records. Mail-in entries: Your cancelled check is your receipt. Entry list available
on this website after March 1.
